From the time I could hold a pencil, I have been drawing the people and things in the world around me. I trained at both Rutgers's University, with John Giannotti, and PAFA with Arthur DeCosta and Peter Paone.

 

My Studio, LLC started with my daughter and her friends wanting to learn how to draw. Then my friend’s kids wanted to learn, and started coming once a week, bringing their friends too! Not long after I purchased 605 White Horse Pike, Haddon Township, and My Studio was born!

 

I offer classes year-round in realist drawing, pastel painting, and painting (oils and acrylic), along with a monthly portrait-drawing workshop, “Model Madness”. The students (at present, age 10 to 90) range from beginner to professional artist who seek to develop their artistic skills in a unique and welcoming atelier setting.

 

There is an art supply “studio” store, which offers an array of drawing materials, paper, watercolor, paint (Oil and Acrylic) and pastels. Special orders can be made through the studio.

 

I also take on Commissions for Fine Art Portraiture (JocelynnTice.com). I have painted my students and their families, people in general, pets, local landscapes and flowers. I specialize in painting babies and their mothers in pastel.
